Nelson Dordelly Rosales is a Senior Adviser, EU, at rani. Nelson specialises in translating complex policy challenges into impactful advocacy strategies that drive meaningful change. He has supported organisations and leaders in shaping policy outcomes at the international, European, and national levels. His experience includes contributing to advocacy efforts that supported the adoption of the WHO Pandemic Agreement, advancing gender diversity and corporate governance reforms, among others. Alongside his policy and advocacy work, Nelson has built a distinguished academic career spanning across international law, EU law, sustainable development, and global governance. Nelson holds a Doctorate in Laws (LL.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as degrees in Law (J.D.) and Education (B.Ed.) from the Catholic University Andres Bello, Venezuela.
