Anne Lumbasi is a Senior Advisor, Uganda, for Resilience Action Network Africa (RANA), where she supports civil society engagement and policy advocacy to strengthen climate and health resilience. She is a lawyer and advocate for human rights and social justice, with over eight years of experience in health rights advocacy. Her work focuses on advancing policies that strengthen health systems, promote equitable access to essential medicines and health services. Anne is also a Technical Collaborator at Afya na Haki (Ahaki), supporting research initiatives, designing advocacy programs, and providing strategic support to health actors. Previously, she was Program Manager for Advocacy at CEHURD, overseeing national and regional projects, coordinating a coalition of over 70 organisations, and mobilising resources. She holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) and a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University (Uganda), with expertise in project management, strategic leadership, and coalition building.
