Ebola Emergency Response: CSO Coordination Briefing

4 June Ebola Emergency Response CSO Coordination Briefing (1)

On 17 May, the World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General declared that the Ebola outbreak caused by the Bundibugyo virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).

As we continue to monitor the situation and consolidate updates with civil society and community partners, RANA, rani, and partners will convene a CSO coordination briefing Thursday, 4 June at 15.00 EAT | 14.00 CET.

The briefing will provide an opportunity to:

  • Receive the latest updates on the outbreak and response efforts
  • Strengthen coordination across civil society actors
  • Share updates from country- and community-level engagement

We encourage regional and global partners to join to stay informed and contribute to coordinated civil society engagement.
